Shipping
Each handcrafted, made-to-order piece is created and shipped within four to six weeks. Orders are custom packaged with care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. We offer complimentary shipping on jewelry shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States. For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. Alexis Alexandra is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments. We are not responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs. If you refuse a shipment from Alexis Alexandra, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Alexis Alexandra.
